Cancellation By Bhawani Bangles
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Bhawani Bangles reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in your order being canceled include:
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
- Issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department
We may also require additional information or verification before accepting any order. If your order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your card account.
Cancellation and Changes By Customers
Cancellations, replacements, and returns will be governed by the Return and Exchange policy available at www.bhawanibangles.com.
By placing an order, you agree that you will not dispute the decision made by Bhawani Bangles and will accept our decision regarding the cancellation, modification, or replacement of the order.
Made-to-Order – Terms & Conditions
For made-to-order, customized orders, and consulted orders, alterations, changes in pieces, or cancellations will only be considered in special cases within 3 days of order placement. Email regarding such requests should be sent to info@bhawanibangles.com. Cancellations will not be entertained on any orders after 3 working days. If cancellations are to be made after the given time, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged on the total order value, and the remaining amount, if any, will be issued to the client as a credit note.
In case of exchanges, changes, or alterations to the order, the order value must be matched. An additional 30 days will be provided for finalization if notified within 3 days. A 30% cancellation fee will be charged on the order value if the client fails to respond to follow-ups regarding the order.
For custom orders or made-to-order pieces that need to be put on hold due to any circumstances, the client can request a hold within their order timeline before shipping. An additional 30 days will be provided for finalization. The order will automatically be cancelled after 30 days if no follow-up is made with the client. A 30% cancellation fee will be charged on the total order value, and the remaining amount, if any, will be issued as a credit note.
This policy applies to all orders placed via the website, WhatsApp, social media, physical stores, email, and other official sales channels.
