Before returning a Bhawani Bangles product, please note that all our items are handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each piece unique. Variations in stones and craftsmanship are natural. Every product undergoes quality checks before shipping. Store Orders: Once picked up/collected, store orders are not eligible for exchange or return. Online Orders: Returns & exchanges are only accepted if your order is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong product. Items must be returned unworn and in original packaging. For any returns/exchanges apart from transit damage, the shipping costs (domestic) will be borne by the customer.

Steps for Exchange

1. Inform us within 3 days of receiving the order via email at info@bhawanibangles.com or WhatsApp/Call at +91 9909909829.
2. Share a photograph of the product. Our QC team will assess and approve the return.
3. Once approved, we’ll coordinate the return method.
4. We are not liable for lost or damaged return packages that are not pre-approved.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only in cases of:

• Packages lost in transit (if shipped by us).
• Bhawani Bangles is unable to provide a replacement.

No Refunds for:

• Incorrect or outdated addresses.
• Refused deliveries.
• Sizing issues (please check our size guide before purchasing).
• Minor color/design variations due to natural handcrafted processes.
• Products returned in used or damaged condition.

Note: An order can be exchanged only once (unless transit damage). Additional exchanges will incur a 30% charge of the item value.

Cancellations

• Orders can be modified within 3 days of purchase.

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹6000
• Standard Shipping: ₹200 for orders below ₹6000
• Delivery in 5-7 business days (timelines may vary based on location and parcel weight).

• Keep jewelry away from water and chemicals (perfumes, sprays, etc.).
• Store separately to avoid scratches.
• Keep in a dry place, away from heat, moisture, and fire.
